MARGARET MARY WEBSTER, 98, formerly of St. Clairsville, OH passed away in Niles, OH, Monday October 30, 2023
She was born in Plainfield, NJ on January 28, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Aurelio Rudolph and Mary (Long) Mangione.
She was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry, OH.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, an avid card player, and never too far away from a good book. She will be remembered for many things, but especially for her love of butterflies, the beach, her family, and a not-so-hot cup of tea.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William O. Webster, Sr.; son, Mark; sister, Elizabeth Hamley; two brothers, John and Aurelio Mangione.
She is survived by son, Rev. William O. (Linda) Webster, Jr., New Wilmington, PA; two granddaughters, Sarah Lynne (Jeffrey) Quinn, Linesville, PA; Rachel Jones (Mads) Klausen, Copenhagen, Denmark; grandson, Matthew Osceola (Mary Joanna) Webster, New York, NY; daughter-in-law, Sue Webster; two grandsons, Dylan (Alyssa) and Taylor Webster, Garner, NC. She had five great-grandchildren: Margrette Jean, William and Henry Klausen, Abigail and Brooklyn Quinn.
Friends will be received at the funeral home Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 2 until time of service at 4 pm with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
Bereavement service will be prior to the funeral service by the Elders of the church.
Interment at National Cemetery of The Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA. at 12:30 pm., Monday. The committal service will be online at www.cem.va.gov Go to daily burial schedule at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Presbyterian Church, 7 N. 4th Street, Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
